This might be a question with no realistic answer, however I'm going to see if anyone has any suggestions. I would like to setup a cart that operates more like a lead generation / quoting system. Therefore, based on the "Location (State/Province)" the customer is from, that order is redirected to the appropriate sales rep / company. How could I go about implementing this? As well, how could I setup access to the order history that only displays orders within a specific area so that that sale rep can see a history of inquiries in their area? Can you create a custom view to filter orders? I guess in a sense this would operate similar to a CRM / Ecommerce Solution. Hope someone has some suggestions.
