I am a new UC user and need some advice. At this point I am not even sure the UC can handle my situation...

I have the following items I need to sell on my site (Using PayPal-PRO):

1... Month and Yearly Memberships. (Recurring Payment)

How does one setup UC to handle this? I have seen a few snipits of patches and such but I am unclear on how I can setup UC to handle recurring payments for my subscriptions. I would prefer that these can be added to the cart along with the other items I sell at the same time AND I actually prefer for the one year memberships that I send out notifications to those that are expiring to renew their memberships. However, I would like to have the system automatically re-process the Monthly memberships and do automatic transactions for their renewals)

2... I have many other one time sale types of items.

I want to ensure that I can offer a shopping cart experience that will handle both these and the new membership subscriptions at the same time.

So the thing I am not clear on is the recurring payments for my monthly subscriptions (Which I want to have automatically done at the end of each 30 days from when the member initially signed up) and I want to be able to handle the one year subscriptions in a little different way as to cause them to re-sign up at the end of the year.

Can anyone help me understand IF UC can handle this? It appears that it does not handle recurring payments properly for my situation. If this is the case then I need to know so I can look elsewhere for another cart solution.

Lastly, If UC cannot handle my recurring payment needs, can anyone recommend another (even non drupal) cart solution that would?
