What you've done is great. Updating with each beta will make sure you have the latest bugfixes... It'll make your site more secure and also help keep down repeat bug reports for things that have already been fixed.

I definitely appreciate you and others using the code and all the feedback you generate! Today I was able to spend 4-5 hours simply fixing bugs and solving issues that were posted by our beta testers. We're so close to a release candidate I can taste it.
