Probably a dumb question, but what enables mail notification during order flow? I was playing around with settings and I have notification turned on, but when I view an order status under admin/store/orders/[ORDER#] in the Comments setting, everything has a red "X" in the "Notified" column, and no mail notifications are going out with the workflow.
How does one enable this?
