Hi,

I'm setting up a clothing store using Ubercart. I know that I can set up a product and have it available in different sizes, using Attributes - but the products I want to list are different prices for different size ranges!

Let's say: I have a product which is available in 6 sizes, the smallest three of which cost £10, and the largest three cost £20. (They are each available in different colours too.)

Is there a way of setting up a single product in Ubercart to cover these options? Or am I only allowed to have one price per product, in which case I would have to set up two products, one as "Product, sizes 1-3, £10" and another to cover "Product, sizes 4-6, £20"?

Thanks in advance for any assistance... Phil

Re: How to set up a product with different sizes and prices?

Phil, correct me if I'm wrong, but in Home › Administer › Store administration › Products › Manage attributes › Attributes editing the options allows you to adjust the default price.

Enjoy!

Wow

Hi Eric, thanks for the comment.

What you have done with your prints - that's exactly what I'm after! Is there a chance you could you give me a quick ten second run-through of how you achieved that?

Many thanks. Phil

I assume that you got it to work for you but I would greatly appreciate the steps taken to accomplish this.

In my case it the same product with different size jars and all priced differently. Same idea.

Thanks

Re: Re: Re: Wow

nicksageek's advice earlier in this thread is spot on.

You can adjust the price by editing the attribute options. For example, if the base price of your jar is $10 and if you had an attribute defined for size and then had small, medium and large as the attribute options, you can enter +5.00 for medium, + 10 for large and, say, -2 for small. Ubercart will then correctly calculate the respective prices as $8, $15 and $20 for small, medium and large respectively.

Setting attribute.

Can u tell me how to set the attribute for a product.
Home » Administer » Store administration » Configuration
in this i can see the Option price format: ( 1) do not display, 2) Display price adjustment, 3)Display total price ).
No other things.
Here i selected all the option one by one. but ther is no effect .

How to set it .

My site is for selling wines. there i need to make different quanitty ( milli liter ) and price.
Eg : Red wine have 350 ml and 700ml
for 350 ml $50 and 700 ml $90 like that .
Is it possible with attributes. ? if so please help me ..

Doing this in mass

What if you want to do this for say, 600+ items, is there a more automatic method? Also what about merging products, right now I have two setup with different sizes/prices.
