I'm running Drupal 5.7+, PHP5 and have the latest USPS shipping module from the bazarre downloaded, but I can't get any quotes from First Class. Priority mail works fine. My client wants first class and I'm not sure why it's not working - any tips? Maybe this was an issue that's already been addressed. I did a search, but couldn't find anything.

You posted it in the right area, but Lyle's gone out of town and won't be back for a while. He coded the module and is most familiar w/ its ins and outs... long and the short, USPS has never worked easily. I'd search around the forums and see if the question has been answered elsewhere. A search for "first class usps" seems to turn up quite a few results.
It looks like the problem here was the weight of the products. USPS only accepts packages < 14 oz. Also, if it wasn't enabled before, users should verify that the first class option is enabled in their USPS settings. If we haven't documented the weight limitation for first class, we probably should.
