Is there any way to keep the customer and admin uc_order template files in the site theme directory? I know I'm gonna clobber them on some upgrade. Just seems clunky to have them in the module directory. I remember this being discussed earlier, but I don't remember seeing a solution. Thanks in advance.

Hmm.. now that we're in the RC phase, I won't bail on the existing storage method. However, I don't think it would be bad to add in support for checking in the themes directories. I was just kind of waiting on a patch, as I didn't have time to churn this one out.
