Coupon & rc2 - no show on review screen!

Has anyone got coupon working with rc2?

Everything looks OK - but the coupon is never applied to the review screen.

I've deleted the browser cache and the database cache but to no avail! I'm not seeing any errors in the logs either. Grrr!
