I don't really know how to look this up so if someone has already posted about this please feel free to make me look like an idiot. =)

Anyway my client doesn't credit peoples credit card accounts until he has the part in stock, sometimes this takes some time, up to 4 weeks if he is waiting for something to come in.

For credit cards he uses UC as a holding tank, then processes the cards on a site separate from the modules of payment here which works well with his shipping patterns. However Paypal is a different story, of course we all known it is pretty much an instant transfer which leads to my question.

Is there a setting, or a way to make paypal pending upon order completion so the customer is not automatically sending the money but giving authorization to take it when the order is read to be packaged/shipped?
