Taxes - Specific to each country.

Hi guys, I need help understanding something here.

I got my store set up in British Columbia, Canada.
The taxes here are: PST: 7% GST: 5%

These taxes apply for British Columbia, but for example they don't apply in Alberta witch is just the GST 5%.

And outside of Canada we can not charge them for taxes, So my question is ...How would you go about solving this?

My only answer is to be able to charge taxes to specific Country's / States / Provinces.

Yup, that's the way you do it, separate Tax rules. Edit your Workflow-ng configuration to specify the Country/Province(or Territory) the rule applies to. That's only 13 rules, not too hard!
