Hi there
I am using shipping but only want to deliver to the billing address but when I turn off the delivery info pane in the check out there is the "My billing information is the same as my delivery information." tick box next to the billing address pane which when clicked closes the address field.
Is there a way to remove this tick box?

Looks like my logic that determines whether to show that checkbox or not is based on the order of the checkout panes regardless if they're enabled or not. For now, just set the weight of the delivery pane to be greater than that of the billing pane. I'll bookmark this post and try to fix it later today.

Finally got around to committing to core the check to make sure the other pane is enabled. I think that counts as a bug, too, so enjoy your badge. Eye-wink
