I have seen many posts in the forums regarding the PayFlow Pro module not working correctly. I am getting the same error message as another user, "We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order."

When looking at the Drupal log, I find the following error: "Connecting to PayFlow server failed: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed."

I am currently using the contributed module found here: "http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/133" with a few very simple fixes I had to implement. I think the above error indicates that the PayFlow Pro module is having trouble validating the CA cert of PayFlow Pro's test website? I know having already written the 2.x PayFlow Pro module for ecommerce v4, I did not need a certificate on my end using the drupal_http_request() function. I just need somebody to tell me if curl is looking for a cert on my end, or if my first assumption is correct. Any help is appreciated.
