Flat Rate Shipping

I'd like to turn on flat rate shipping, but I don't see any where to add the amount. I've got the latest download version 5.x-1.0-rc5. I've turned it on in the modules section. But all I get on the product is a pull down with There's nothing in store configuration Shipping quote settings either.

What am I missing?

I think it's under store administration> configuration> shipping quote settings> quote methods> flat-rate tab

That would be great advice if they were there. But that's kind of my problem. They're not.

And I was wondering what "for Ubercart beta" means.

Do you have flatrate enabled in admin > site config > modules > ubercart fulfillment?

Yes.
Flatrate 5.x-1.0-rc2 Assigns a flat shipping rate to products.

Depends on: Shipping Quotes (enabled)

When I saw the comment on beta i thought it wasn't in this version of Ubercart, but I see part of it.

Uninstall and try again?

admin/store/settings/quotes/methods/flatrate

If the module is enabled and Drupal is working at all, these have to show up.

I'm guessing the above direct links work but your theme is messed up and doesn't show the tabs/subtabs you need to navigate to these using the menu.

admin/store/settings/quotes/methods/flatrate worked, but I uninstalled and installed also.

Though oddly enough the rate I entered is doubled on checkout.

Thanks. This would have been the last straw if this hadn't been working.
