Removing "Check Out With PayPal" button

I'd like to (temporarily) remove the "Check Out With PayPal" button that appears when you're viewing the cart. It doesn't currently work for me and until I figure out why, I'd like to disable it so my customers aren't distracted by it.

How do I do that?
