is it possible to patch the bluemarine theme with the current drupal/ubercart version ??

I want to change the color but with the stand bluemarine theme it is not possible to change the colors.....

Hack it's style.css file. There's nothing wrong with changing a theme to suit you. It's probably a good idea to change its name from bluemarine to something unique, just in case you need the real bluemarine again.
