Where do I do that? When a customer gets an order, the email subject shows "email@email.com on Behalf Of STORE NAME" - I change the default store email in the store config, but that didn't change it.

Hmm... I added an option back in to include the store name in the from line, but I can't remember what version that was. Which one are you running?
