PayPal Pro and requiring CC or Instant Transfer

Is there anyway to set up Ubercart to only allow Credit Card or Instant Transfer with PayPal Pro? We are having problems where people pay with bank transfer or eChecks and it takes 5 days for the payment to clear.

I'm not too sure that PayPal would let you limit their customers like that. If someone doesn't have money in their PayPal account, and they only have a checking account backing it up, eChecks are the only way they can pay.

Even if I'm wrong about that, I'd post some kind of instructions to recommend to your customers to leave money in their PayPal accounts in the interest of saving time in order processing.

Sounds like you're using PayPal WPS... is that the case? If so, I'm not sure if you can specify payment types or not... I'd look into your account settings.
