So I go to my site ( http://www.villagegreenpool.com ) and in the Shopping Cart block, it says there's something in my cart.
I click on View Cart or Checkout then it says my cart is empty.
I clear my cache and try a different browser - still says there's something in my cart in the Shopping Cart block.
Does anybody have any idea what's causing this and what the fix is?
Thanks,
Cway

It sounds like a broken product kit. You might be able to see it again if you turn on the setting that allows customers to take out parts of a product kit from their cart. It's on the Product settings page. If that doesn't work, take a look at the uc_cart_products table. The row you should look for has your user id for a cart id (or cid). Delete that row, and you really will have an empty cart.
Might be a caching issue... there's a phantom bug that will keep contents in a shopping cart block for anonymous users even after the cart is emptied. Do you get this problem when logged in?
Greetings,
I'm getting the same thing at http://rageagainstthecubefarm.com. When I'm on as anonymous, the Shopping Cart block shows up but when I click on View cart or Checkout, it says there are no products. If I order something and then go in and empty my cart, the shopping cart block goes away. It's been awhile since the last post in this thread, so, is there a workaround or fix for this?
thanks,
Bill
I was having the same problem here. I just deleted the only product kit from my catalog and the Shopping Cart block was back to normal behavior. I hope that exists a better solution or workaround cause I really need the Product Kits
