I had it working at some point, but something stopped it.

I have configured "Update order status on full payment" in "Workflow-ng" to set the "Order status" to "Completed" when "Balance is less than or equal to $0.00." I can confirm this is happening by checking the list of orders.

Under "File download", which is under "Notification settings", I have "Send email to customer with file download link(s)" checked.

Under "File download settings", which is under "Product settings", I have "Order status" set to "Completed".

Under "Features" in my various product nodes I have a "File download" added.

Under "General checkout settings" I have "Enable checkout" checked and "Enable anonymous checkout" checked.

In "Access control" I have "download file" under "uc_file module" checked for anonymous and authenticated users.

When I purchase any number of file download products I get my "You Order at..." e-mail from Drupal/Ubercart and my "Receipt for" e-mail from PayPal. But no e-mail giving any links for downloads.

Ideas?

Weird, when I *manually* set the order from "completed" to "pending" and then to "completed" again, I now see "User can now download the file" in the order, and the notification e-mail is sent. So the question seems to be ... why isn't this happening automatically with the workflow_ng thing?

If I add another configuration under "Workflow-ng" that sets the order status (no matter what that status is... I've tried it many ways), I then get two notification e-mails with download links. It seems I can either get zero e-mails, or two (one of which is redundant)... any thoughts?

Were you able to fix this problem? I am having the same problem and have changed the same settings as you, as well as trying the fix mentioned in the FAQ to no avail.

Our customers are not very happy to wait for me to email them a link to the file they purchased, so I'd love to hear if you got this fixed.
