Download limits

The download limits for downloadable products:

- The number of times a file can be downloaded. Leave empty to set no limit.
- The number of unique IPs that a file can be downloaded from. Leave empty to set no limit.
- How long after a product has been purchased until its file download expires.

Do these apply to each purchaser? e.g. John buys ProductA and can only download it 4 times from 1 unique IP etc. Or does it apply to all purchasers i.e. ProductA can only be downloaded 4 times in total?

It should apply to each purchaser. There seemed to be a questionable statement in the code used for calculating this, so let me know if it functions otherwise.

The downloads limits are set per download purchase. For example, say you had download limit: 4, ip limit: 1, time limit: 2 weeks. When purchased Product A could be downloaded 4 times from one IP address up to 2 weeks after purchase. John would face a restriction whenever he downloaded it more than 4 times, attempted to download it from a 2nd IP, or downloaded after 2 weeks from purchase (whatever condition came first). If John purchases another product B, his downloads of Product A have no affect on the download limits of Product B.
