Ubercart

Hi, I'm trying to build my shop fot electronic parts with ubercart and manufacturers module. My problem is that I have categories like motherboards and notebooks with one manufacturer (ASUS for instance). My idea is in categories menu to show manufacturers with the count of products for every one of them. When I make category notebooks and manufacturer Asus, they are in different vocabularies and I don't know how to combine them in my category menu. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
