UPS Shipping Quote Help

I know there is another forum providing support for UPS shipping quotes but I think I have a different issue and do not want to hijack the thread.

Same symptom though, when I click on click to calculate shipping it returns the default error.

I installed firebug and pulled in the XML data headers, Post, and response (if this helps):

Is there somewhere else I can look for debug.

I have "Display debug information to administrators." checked off but I do not see the debug anywhere? am I missing something?

I tried to get a quote for a shipment from the UPS web-site and it fails. Perhaps UPS is experiencing some difficulties right now?

Can anyone get quotes from UPS?

I am also having problems getting a shipping quote from UPS. I have been running a live version of ubercart for about 9 months now without problems. The last order placed was yesterday with a UPS shipping quote.

My money is on something wrong with UPS.

It's been my experience that the UPS servers go down every few months. They're usually back up before the end of the day, but it's frustrating when you can't really tell who's problem it is. It might just be routine maintenance, but I've never seen any notices or explanations.
