I am offering a free evaluation file download but I need to take information first from the person, and require acceptance of a tos. I see that there is a module for a free download now, but how do I add acceptance of a tos before proceeding?

I have not used the FreeDownload.module yet so not sure how to config or modify for your use. However, there is always a work around depending on your comfort level with the logic.
