How to add checkbox or radio btns to Checkout? (shipping choice)

I need to add methods of shipping in Checkout:

* EMS
* FedEx
* DHL
* UPS

How it works: user checks the way of shipping (in checkout) - for example DHL, and his choise with other checkout information sending to my email (as usual things)...
My be it can be done through Checout Panes, but I don't know really how... May be there is a special module to cause my problem?

I think you might be looking for this.

Add your shipping methods there, and their prices. Then enable them here:
http://www.yoursite.com/admin/store/settings/quotes/methods
