okay this is kinda strange
übercart isnt sending me any mails out at all?
but offcourse Drupal is sending mail (checked with the contact module)

if I go to admin/store/orders/*NID*/invoice/mail and tries to send out the invoise i get the "E-mail failed." information.

any one ever experienced that?

Oof... haven't had the trouble myself. Did you recently do an update or make a server change? Also, can you confirm what version of UC you're running? I know some folks got into trouble w/ their mail servers b/c of the way we were building the e-mail from address to include the store name, like:

Morten's Store of Cool Things <store@mortenstore.com>

Yah, i have problem too. After Submit Order Clicked the customer not find email in their mailbox. When i tried to send them manually from Mail Invoice, i got warning "E-mail failed". What should i do???

- i have set SMTP successfully
- i work with drupal 5.

this my error..

On the contact settings form under your store settings, there's a checkbox under your e-mail address that includes the store name in the From address. Uncheck that and try again... might just be a server thing.

Thanks before Ryan but I have uncheck and i tried, but i still can't send email invoice (E-mail failed). Please help me..

Hah! it's solve now Smiling. it's occur because i typed my free email address not my true email that connect with smtp.., Thanks a lot Ryan..

We just moved to a new hosting provider that requires SMTP authentication for Drupal emails so we installed the SMTP module.

Drupal emails work fine for example the contact form.

However Ubercart notification emails are not being sent. Our store email is the same as the SMTP email account.

Any help would be appreciated.
