Checkout / Update Cart bug?

When I add something to my cart ($100 to a donation node, for example)
Then change the quantity (make it $110)
Then click "Checkout" the quantity isn't updated in my cart.

Is that a feature or a bug?
My customers are complaining that it's a bug. I'm not totally sure. Smiling

What do you all think?

Hmm... for some time now Ubercart has been updating quantity fields when the user goes to checkout just in case they did exactly what you mention. This sounds like it might be an issue with the Donation Product module itself, not Ubercart... can you check with a regular product just to verify?

Hi,

Our site only has regular products, and tagging an item for removal or changing the quantity is reflected in the cart after we hit "update cart" button or on the checkout screen afterward.

I'm open to suggestions for any further testing.

Hmm... so I'm not sure what the problem is. Sticking out tongue

Ubercart works either way...

1) Customer views cart, changes the quantity, and hits update cart. The page reloads to reflect the changes.

2) Customer views cart, changes the quantity, and hits checkout. The cart is updated and the customer goes to the checkout form where they see the changes in the cart review checkout pane.

On further testing, I think it was my browser that was at fault.
I cleared out all the cache, cookies, temp files etc and the cart followed the behavior I was expecting.

If it happens again, I'll try to get more details, but it is likely a rare thing.
