I'm trying to display a javascript site seal on the bottom of every page. I've unsuccessfully tried inserting it via "Home › Administer › Site configuration
Site information> Footer message". Can the Footer message field include a simple javascript element?

go to site building > blocks and add a new block and then put in the footer
