Anyone know the minimum system requirements for Ubercart? I was at a friend's house preaching the wonders of Ubercart only to have my face turn red when the Ubercart portion of my site did not work. His system had XP-SP1 and IE6. Could this be the case?

Thanks in advance for any help.
Scott

Re: Compatibility and a red face

Had no problem with IE6 and my latest Drupal/Ubercart site at http://www.ozore.org
Must be something wrong on your side. Did you check your page with the w3c validator ?
Cheers,

IE6 is a pain. You could always look at the livetest site to see if it's an issue with ubercart and your theme, or just ubercart. Either way, IE 6 is the devil, and it will take a little bit of playing around to figure out what's causing it. I always start by getting a site that looks good in firefox. Fire bug is great for theming. Next, I make sure it passes validation, then I check IE7, and finally fight with IE6. Try using
the IE web developer toolbar
, it helps a little, but it's nothing like firebug.

also, it helps to use conditional comments

And while we're bashing Windows, why does your friend only have service pack 1? I would think his machine would be crippled by all the security holes left in it.
