Is anyone using CDGCommerce/QuantumGateway as your merchant account provider? QuantumGateway can emulate Authorize.net basic functions but I don't know how to write a module for that.

I found one post where I found a ".tar" file but the guy who posted it says it's not functional yet.

If I can't use CDGCommerce do you guys have any recommendation on whom to use for Authorize.net gateway and merchant account?

I have another question regarding payment module on my existing ubercart installation. When I go to administer-->Modules--->Test Gateway .. .it says disabled (missing:array). It only started appearing after I upgraded to ubercart 1.2.

Thanks for your help.

Re: CDGCommerce - QuantumGateway

If you are looking for a merchant/Authorize.net account I would check out the following link.

http://reseller.authorize.net/application.asp?id=419101

Did you try upgrading to 1.3 RC1?

If I can go through CDGCommerce it's only about $10/month while the cost to go through Authorize.net website will almost be $30/month.

I am looking at another reseller which is $20/month http://unitedbankservice.com/ecommerce-moto.html but I was curious if anyone here have used CDGCommerce.

I haven't tried upgrading to 1.3 RC1 yet. It is not a production site yet so I can wait for a stable version.

Thanks

I was able to solve it by just replacing test gateway files in the modules folder manually.

I am also interested in cdgcommerce and the quantum gateway. Any reviews? Has anyone successfully integrated Ubercart with this? I know quantum gateway has an authorize.net emulation mode, but what other work is required? Thanks.

I too am looking into CDG Commerce. I see this is the file that we need for adjusting the module information:

https://www.quantumgateway.com/view_developer.php?Cat1=6

It seems that we just need to change the gateway post URL to quantumgateways. Can someone please confirm this.

thanks

Module

You can look at this module and see if it works for you. I used authorize.net for that project but you can try it for yours.

Re: Module

I put it together and have it running successfully on 3 shopping carts.
There is a little you have to do on the Quantumgateway end, like change the way reports are sent to comma and change it to authorize and capture.

Other then that, it works just fine. Great way to have a quality processor for little overhead. The application process can sometimes be a little much if your working with a client, but CDG commerce is a really great company. Made their initial mark in the hosting industry.
