SSL with Ubercart?

I have set up the Secure Pages module with SSL, and it works perfectly. But I'm not sure it's making the credit card transactions secure. Do I need to add anything to the URLs part of the Secure Pages configuration page or is everything ok already?

The SSL certificate makes it secure. Do you have a valid certificate that's not self signed?
