Hello,

If a user registers to my site for the forum, etc they are automatically added to the newsletter (simplenews) unless they uncheck the button.

This does not go for customers who order through the shop. I tried to do this with workflow but could not get this done.
Has anybody an idea how to do this?

Interesting... I suppose this would take the Simplenews module being integrated w/ Wf-ng. I don't know the Simplenews API, so I can't advise on the actual implementation, but setting up an action like this should be fairly simple.
