I have a site that just went live and the owner called very concerned because Trend Micro is blocking his access to the site with a message like:
Trend Micro Internet Security Pro has identified this Web page as undesirable.
Address: http://www.example.com/catalog/...
Credibility: Unknown
I installed Trend Micro Internet Security Pro and found that I too received this message every time in the following conditions:
- Protection Against Web Threats Security Level is set to HIGH
- I try to visit any page that is a Taxonomy path or any page that is a Product path
- Example: The page is blocked if I click on any category in the catalog block / If I click on a term name in admin/content/taxonomy / if I click on a product
Clean URL is on. I was not using aliases at first and I noticed that the normal Pages (page content types) all loaded okay and they also had aliases so I installed the PathAuto module and created aliases for the products and taxonomy terms but there is no change.
I know this is over active security on Trend Micros part but the customer is worried about people having this nasty message and his pages being blocked.
Please help!
Any idea what is different about these pages from the other pages that is causing this blockage?
Any ideas to try to resolve this??
