I'm testing shipping and checkout...
Is there any way to make uc automagically fill in bogus (or non bogus) customer address info to speed up the iteration process?
just curious.

Re: Auto Insert Addresses For Order / checkout Testing
Go through and create an order while logged in... future checkouts will show you an address book to choose saved addresses from.

Re: Ryan wrote:Go through and
Hmm... no, the address book should work for any logged in user w/ previous orders. If you delete the test orders after you make them, then the address book wouldn't have any data to populate with.
hmmm...i didnt delete them
in fact i was looking at them in phpMyAdmin just to be sure
debugging
i#ll do a bit of debugging to see why this is happening. can you give me an idea where this functionality is located?
Re: debugging
Check out uc_addresses. Maybe not what Ryan is talking about, but it definitely gets the job done. (note: heavily due to post-midnight postage) |
