In need of a quick editing mod for changing large number of nodes to updated categories

I'm in need of a mod or easier way of changing more than 4000 nodes to different categories without doing it one by one. Is there a mass edit mod where I can more user friendly edit them.

Please Help

Check out the contrib modules for taxonomy on drupal.org. I think there are one or two modules that do this, although I don't recall the names.
