I am looking for some input on SSL and Ubercart.

I have a Drupal site using Ubercart, configured for PayPal WPS. With PayPal handling the Credit Card payments, do I need to have an SSL certificate on my Drupal site? Or can I get away without one since, PayPal is handling all the payments?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Re: SSL needed if using PayPal WPS?

I'd still recommend getting one, but I don't remember if it's required. You'd have to look through the PayPal docs. I think you should get it anyways because users still need to enter passwords on your site, and when they visit their Order History, some of the information - such as their billing address - will be contained in the order detail.

Having a Certificate will at least let your visitors know that their information and accounts are encrypted between browser and server.

It is the safe way to do so. It prevents you from hacking and cheating.
ClickSSL provides so many types of SSL certificates according to need.

RapidSSL Certificate
GeoTrust SSL Certificate
