Hi, I set up a file download as a product and went through a test purchase but at no time was an email or page given to me with the file. I will go through every setting carefully but wondered if anyone could set me on the right track?

It's easy once you know how
But I had the same head-scratching confusion the first time I setup digital downloads.

The basic process is:
User loves your digital THING and buys it.
During checkout they create a login profile on your site
After checkout (and payment) they are emailed login details for the site
They can login and the downloadable file apears on their profile.
