i suppose its very simple to do but since am a new ubercartian.. so need a lil guidance link.

This isn't possible as is. You'd have to write a custom module that included that form on the product edit form. Not unheard of... just requires a knowledge of Drupal module development and hook_form_alter().

Add stock when uploading a product.

Can you have any coding for this custom module.
