Hi. Is it already possible to use ubercart to generate a proposal of services?
Like, I'd have all my products in the store, they would be services but listed out as if they were products to add to your cart, etc.
And, I was thinking my customers could either go on the site and pick and choose themselves or I could use something like masquerade to flip over to their user account, add things to their cart, and then place an order.
The order "invoice" template could be modified to look more like a proposal.
I can see how this would work but just wondering if anyone has already done some work on this or if there are some things I'm not thinking through here.
Or a better way to do this.
If I used the customer email template for proposals, would there be a way to have a second template for when it really needed to do a real invoice?
