We have to set up subscriptions for access to documents. These subscriptions are on a state by state basis, so if a person subscribes to Illinios, they get access to Illinois documents. They can subscribe to more than one state at a time and the subscriptions can have different start and stop times.
Is it best to just set up a role for each state and when they subscribe assign them to that role?
While I'm on the subject, is there any grace period on a recurring charge if the credit card does not go through the first time. Something like try three times at three day intervals - then cancel them.
