Hi all, I had an order where no shipping fees where applied. I have tried it several times to repeat it, using the same setup like the customer but it always came up with the right shipping fees at the review order screen.

Is there any possibility to bypass the shipping fees?? I'm just wondering.

Are you using the coupon module? This thread discusses the same issue and several people indicated it might've been a conflict with that module.

Hi Ryan, thank you for your fast answer. I have used cupons some month ago but it's not activated and even not installed. Any other idea?

ok, this is plain and simple... I gave the database tables a prefix "sob_" and therefore the table sequences got out of sync, .. the right table which holds the shipping count wasn't there and that's possibly why my customer could bypass the shipping fees... sorry for bothering. Smiling
