Hello.

We are having a small problem on a client's site, that was brought to our attention after the client recieved several phone calls.

When a user gets to the 'Review Order' page after entering their payment and shipping details, they occasionally click 'Back' to fix a typo or other error in their checkout information. In the meantime, the credit card number field is changed to '(Last Four) 1234' in order to protect the information.

The client's then proceed to resubmit the order, which of course fails.

The clients don't seem to recognize that they need to re-enter their card number in place of the '(Last four) 1234' text. Perhaps it would be better to blank the field when the user clicks 'back'.

The client has had customers on the phone who have tried resubmitting '(last four) 1234' as their credit card number a dozen times insisting it's correct the whole way...

Re: Reviewing Order issue

Actually, they shouldn't have to re-enter their CC details. Are you running the latest UC?

Hello Ryan, and thank you for the reply.

The problem went away when I upgraded from 1.5->1.6.

I had thought I was running the latest version; guess you crazy wombats snuck one past me!
