It has stopped showing up, and so has the Calculate shipping cost fieldset.
I've installed various modules so I am trying to rebuild a copy of the site from scratch to see what's going on and to see if at any point things might have gotten broken.
Specifically uc_addresses, uc_canadapost and the uc_countries.sql table entries.
Any ideas why the shipping address fieldset would stop showing up?
