On a couple of our Uberart sites, but not all we are experiencing some CC processing and shipping quote hiccups. Here is a quote from one of our clients -
"I was processing an order for a customer, put all the credit card info in and clicked preview order. It took a few moments and then it went back to where I started with nothing in the cart. Yet the order went through. When I went to the admin and checked orders it was in the "in checkout" section waiting for the credit card to be processed."
My initial thoughts are that it may be an internet connection problem, but why would Ubercart bring the customer automatically back to the cart page and show the order in the "in checkout" status area?
Anyone else experiencing this problem or have heard of something like it?
I can try to get more info if needed.
