when I go to products I get this error after initall install

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tapir_get_header() in

/home/*****/public_html/sites/all/modules/ubercart/uc_product/uc_product.module on line 1116

When I try to add a product there is no where to actually add the product description etc..

any ideas?

bump...

I get the same error when I click on Catalog:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tapir_get_header() in /home/******/public_html/sites/all/modules/ubercart/uc_catalog/uc_catalog.module on line 592
