Hi folks.

I've got a 5.x-1.7 ubercart install that i'm setting up. In the intermediate catalog pages (leaf node - 2) no pictures show up. However, catalog pages that show leaf nodes do show pictures.

Ok, that probably wasn't the greatest explanation. On the following catalog page (http://wwwnew.svtriclub.org/catalog), you'll see that there are no pictures. However, if you drill down to "Bike Gear : Accessories" (http://wwwnew.svtriclub.org/catalog/41/accessories), you'll see that there is a picture for "Arm Warmers".

I can't figure out how to get pictures to show up for these pages.

As an example of a page that works, the ubercart livetest site shows images for these same types of pages (http://livetest.ubercart.org/uc1/catalog)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you go the edit page for your taxonomy terms, there should be a file field for you to upload an image. That's what is needed to show pictures on the higher-level catalog pages.

Thanks Lyle! That's what i was looking for.

I now have images. Yay!

A followup question i have though, is how do you control how those images are shown? is that an UC thing? or is it a core thing?

The catalog module adds that field in to its taxonomy term forms. It's not using Imagefield, since it's not a node, so there aren't any options for affecting how it looks except changing the Imagecache actions on the uc_category preset.

Have part of same issue. Images show up for products but not for the catalog terms.

Supposedly "Administer / Content management / Taxonomy / List Terms / Edit" is a way to insert the images. The images don't stick in mine though you may have luck with this.
