I am in the final throws of getting our site fully integrated and the last thing I am having problems with is the proper integration of UPS shipping. I have the shipping quotes working properly and have my UPS Keys but I cannot get the integration of the shipping labels to work.
Every time we try to create a shipment using the system we get the error "Hard Error 250003: Invalid Access License number". I have read previous threads and they discussed needing to get an "upgraded" account from UPS to get this to work. I contacted UPS and I think they approved our account for this. The specific email I received was:
Your Developer Key XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has been updated to include the tools listed below:
UPS Shipping (XML), version 1.0
You may now download documentation from the UPS OnLine® Tools Web site.
I think this is what we need, but to be honest I am not completely sure.
My question is - How can I get this working? I am also having trouble debugging it because I am not sure what is happening when I run the shipping request. I have Firebug installed and I cannot get any information from it.
Please help if you can.
