How come when I select Customer Supplied Package as my package type I am required to enter the package dimensions? When I use the UPS online tools the shipping cost is calculated by weight and zipcode and doesn't care the dimensions unless it is an oversized package. The shipping on my site is over by about $.32 to over a dollar and I believe the dimensions are throwing it off.
