by ubercart enabled, four imagecache presets are defined
product, product_full, product_list, uc_thumbnail
Can I define my own preset name which is used for ubercart ?

You can change the names of the presets, but you have to consider that the preset name is concurrent the name of the directory the processed image is saved.
Therefore automatic product images are not displayed untill you readjust the directory name in the specific module files.
But it is no problem to use additional presets.

Ubercart only knows to look for those presets when it displays the product and category images. If they don't exist, the images won't show up there. You can still create your own presets and use them however you like, though.

So I can't get it to use a different preset in full node than the one used in teaser?
On my site, both full node and teaser images are using the PRODUCT preset. Also clicking on the teaser thumb just gives me the image created by PRODUCT_FULL instead of take me to the full node of the product. The latter is what I what I want.
