Any guidelines for designing this type of website (firstcry.com).
Like menu system, all the menu's are in drop down with 2 or 3 columns with image. Can you please explain how do we design these type of dynamic menu in ubercart.
When you go inside by clicking on any category this website has option "Shop by brand name, price, type, feature etc..) on the left side. Can you please explain how do we design these type of functionality in ubercart.

Try OM Maximenu to build
Try OM Maximenu to build out a similar menu system. That should do the trick quite nicely.
As far as the "Shop by brand name, price, type, feature etc." functionality: This can be accomplished using Apache Solr
I have not successfully implemented the Apache Solr module yet, but let us know if you have success!
