I suggest to add in forum directory some other support languages, for example:
Uberart Italian, Ubercart France, Ubercart Spanish.
Also magento, vtiger, wordpress, joomla, sugarcrm and many other opensource are doing the same with nice results.

Does anybody, especially non native English speakers, have any thoughts on this? I'm happy to create them if the community wants them, but I'm a little hesitant to create a support forum where I/we can't provide any support.

In april 2009 is started into italian ubercart forum http://www.drupalitalia.org/node/8159 a dscussion about how and where open a new session about ubercart on italian site www.ubercartitalia.org or if open it into www.ubercart.it in december 2009 they decided to open the session into www.ubercartitalia.org but we are again waiting about it.
